Filters

A new command group named filters that allows you to create custom regex filters. Note: yes, you can do .*. No, I do not recommend it.

Changes

Revamp some embeds to be more coherent. More embed work will probably be done at a later point.
Auto mute is now enabled on a harmful link being sent. It is set to 5 minutes
Slash commands have been condensed to save the number of commands, i.e. /remindme is now /reminders set. Sorry to everyone's muscle memory
